Our Charges
We do not add any Call Out Charges for enquiries in and around Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Redditch and West Midlands. We do not charge for any overtime and all of our estimates are free. We will keep you informed of any extra charges should their be any throughout the job so that you are fully aware of the cost.
Why choose a registered Electrician?
Since 2005 it has been a legal requirement for any electrical work by an electrician, apart from like-for-like replacements of damaged power points and light fittings to be approved by the Local Authority Building Control Officers.
Work including a new electric shower or kitchen lighting circuit must be notified in advance to the council. An electrical inspector will then visit and inspect the work at an extra cost to the householder
A major project involving Electrical works requiring Building Regulations approval will be included within the principal application. However, works solely carried out to the electrical system require a separate application, unless they are carried out by a competent person, registered with an approved Part P self-certification scheme. The competent person must provide a self-certification certificate to the customer and also forward a copy to Building Control within 30 days.
